tennis today was really great
i had personal coaching unlike last week
with the kids ):
and the coach was a really comical guy
cs he kept on repeating what he wanted me to do
and how i was to do it correctly
and why i should do it et cetra (:
anyway, i kept on laughing at him la, HAHHAHA
and he made me do the service footwork MANY TIMES over
so that "it'll be very automatic for you"
WHAT-EVER.

so anyway, i learnt a great deal
and i managed to produce a good amount of prespiration
sounds disgusting but yeah
only pigs sweat (:
and after tennis i went for ICE-CREAM (: at swensen's
HAHAHAH, it was nice
want to know what i had?
the really long strawberry thing
it was just the thing to turn me on (:
ahhhh, anwy that isnt the point
the point is THE ICE-CREAM made me gain weight la
and it isnt crazy if you exercise everyday ohkay..

its good for health right, being obsessed with exercising is actually
in a way, good for you (:

church yesterday was a flopper
because of third day volcano eruption or my auntie came ):

i hate this fact that im always changing my mind
at the very last minute once i give myself a challenge
